I hope you will join me on an evolving journey of yoga practice. My first contribution is a Sun Salutation animation showing the basic flow of Surya Namaskar, the ancient greeting of the Sun.
Some say it can take many years to master the series of poses knows as "The Salutation to the Sun." It seems like, the more I investigate and practice a pose, the more there is to know. The goal of the yoga experience, or as some would say.. the experience of understanding our true Self.
